Payment is made via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for the sessions; you can instead use a credit / debit card. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Places are secured on receipt of payment and are filled on a first come first served basis. The completion of a booking form or website enquiry form does not secure a place.
Refunds and Cancellations
The Best Start is under no obligation to refund or transfer monies paid in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course or workshop. We regret that we are only able to offer an alternative for missed lessons if places are available on another course. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel a session we will make every effort to reschedule the missed session and where this is not possible we will issue a refund, for the amount of the missed session, within 7 working days.
If you cancel at any time prior to 16 days before the course begins we will refund your money. Should you cancel within 16 days prior to the commencement date we will issue a refund minus a £15 administration charge. Once a course has started, we regret that we cannot issue refunds or credits.
If sessions are cancelled due to local adverse weather we will inform you and then reschedule the session. We regret that we are unable to offer automatic refunding or rescheduling if that session runs but you are unable to make it.
